Reference Strip definition

Reference Strip means a *** wide,***-inch minimum thickness steel coil to which a minimum Coating Weight of *** grams of zinc per square meter has been applied on one side only by the EG process.
Reference Strip means a 60-inch wide, 0.030-inch minimum thickness steel coil to which a minimum Coating Weight of 100 grams of free zinc per square meter has been applied on one side only by the Zinc Process.

  • If such percentage change is negative and greater than 5%, the Partnership shall decrease the toll for Coating Services for a Reference Strip ton for the next 12 month period, effective as of the July 1 of such 12 month period, by an amount equal to the difference between (y) .95 times the Reference Strip Ton Rate for the prior June 30 and (z) the Reference Strip Ton Rate for the current June 30.

  • Tolls for Core Services other than Reference Strip shall be proportionately adjusted in accordance with the past practices of the Partnership, as illustrated for four products in Exhibits I through IV of Schedule 4.01.

Related to Reference Strip

  • Reference Index means each of the indices comprising the Reference Portfolio.

  • Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.

  • Reference Month means the calendar month for which the level of the Inflation Index is reported as specified in the applicable Final Terms, regardless of when this information is published or announced, except that if the period for which the Relevant Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Relevant Level is reported.

  • Reference Gilt means the Treasury Stock specified as such in the relevant Final Terms for so long as such stock is in issue, and thereafter such issue of index-linked Treasury Stock determined to be appropriate by a gilt-edged market maker or other adviser selected by the Issuer and approved by the Bond Trustee (an “Indexation Adviser”).

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day during a Floating Rate Interest Period for a Loan (or any part of it), the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15B (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.

  • Reference Value means the last reported sales price of the Ordinary Shares for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • National Cost of Funds Index The National Monthly Median Cost of Funds Ratio to SAIF-Insured Institutions published by the Office of Thrift Supervision.

  • Reference Entity means with respect to a Synthetic Security, the Obligor to whose credit such Synthetic Security is linked and the Obligor under any Reference Obligation specified in such Synthetic Security.

  • Reference Assets means the underlying interest contained in the Reference Portfolio, and “Reference Asset” means each of the Reference Assets.
