Reference Pool Balance definition

Reference Pool Balance means the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Reference Obligations in the Reference Pool as of the Cut-off Date.
Reference Pool Balance means, with respect to any Reference Pool, the sum of the Lease Balances of the Leases included in such Reference Pool.
