Reference Obligation Principal Amount means on the Issue Date, KES 200,000,000, and thereafter if the Reference Obligation is redeemed (in whole or in part) on any day the Reference Obligation Principal Amount shall be reduced with effect from such day by an amount in KES (the "Redemption Reduction Amount") equal to the product of (i) the Reference Obligation Principal Amount immediately prior to such reduction and (ii) the Redemption Percentage on such day.
