Examples of Reference Net Working Capital in a sentence
Seller hereby covenants and agrees to cause the Companies to have net working capital, as of the first day of the month in which the Closing occurs (such day being referred to as the “Net Working Capital Reference Date”), which is equal to Reference Net Working Capital.
