Reference Level definition

Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.
Reference Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the level of such Inflation Index (excluding any “flash” estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month in respect of the Latest Level.
Reference Level means the ISO’s best estimate of an RMR Generator’s incremental marginal costs, and of an RMR Generator’s physical capabilities. The ISO determines Reference Levels in accordance with the requirements of its Market Power Mitigation Measures that are set forth in Section 23 of its Services Tariff. This term does not include UCAP Offer Reference Levels.

  • A Responsible Market Party shall request an updated determination of an Installed Capacity Supplier’s Going-Forward Costs not less often than annually, in the absence of which request the Installed Capacity Supplier’s offer cap shall revert to the UCAP Offer Reference Level.

Reference Level means the Price Level on an Index Calculation Day.
Reference Level means the quantity of GHG emission equivalents that have occurred during the normal course of business or activities during a designated period of time within the boundaries of a defined sector and a defined jurisdiction.

If the Relevant Level (as defined above) is published or announced at any time on or after the relevant Cut-off Date, such Relevant Level will not be used in any calculations. The Substitute Index Level so determined pursuant to this Condition 8 (Inflation Lined Notes) will be the definitive level for that Reference Month.
Reference Level means the Price Level on an Index Calculation Day. "Share" means the security as set out in the table in "9. Index Table".
