Reference Information Documents definition

Reference Information Documents means the documents and information included in Volume III and described in ITP Section 1.5.
Reference Information Documents or RID means those documents listed in to the Agreement and identified as Reference Information Documents. Except as expressly provided in the Contract Documents, the Reference Information Documents are not considered Contract Documents and were provided to Developer for informational purposes only and without representation or warranty by TxDOT.
Reference Information Documents. (“RIDs”) means the documents provided with, and so designated in, the RFP. The RIDs, including plans contained therein and/or so designated, are generally not Contract Documents, are provided to the Proposers for informational purposes only, and are relied upon at the Proposers’/Design-Builder’s own risk. Further details regarding treatment of the RIDs will be set forth in the RFP.
