Reference Exchange Rate definition

Reference Exchange Rate means the exchange rate which is used as the basis to calculate any currency exchange and which is made available by the payment service provider or comes from a publicly available source;
Reference Exchange Rate means, in respect of any one currency that is to be converted into another currency in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the buying rate of such currency as of 12:00 noon on the relevant date notified by the State Bank of india, and in absence of such rate, the average of similar rates notified by Bank of India and Bank of Baroda.
Reference Exchange Rate means the reference exchange rate used as the basis for the calculation of any currency exchange that is available to the Bank as payment services provider or is subject to a source available to the public.

  • The “Settlement Rate” for each Reference Currency is the Reference Exchange Rate on the Valuation Date, determined in accordance with the Settlement Rate Option (subject to the occurrence of a Disruption Event).
