Reference Date Balance Sheet definition

Reference Date Balance Sheet shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.07(a).
Reference Date Balance Sheet means the unaudited balance sheet of the Business as of the Reference Date which has been delivered to Buyer.
Reference Date Balance Sheet have the respective meanings set forth in Section 4.4(a).
