Reference Banks definition

Reference Banks means, in the case of a determination of LIBOR, the principal London office of four major banks in the London inter-bank market and, in the case of a determination of EURIBOR, the principal Euro-zone office of four major banks in the Euro-zone inter-bank market, in each case selected by the Calculation Agent or as specified hereon.
Reference Banks means four major banks in the London interbank market selected by the Beneficiary.
Reference Banks has the meaning specified in Schedule A.

  • If at least three of the CMS Reference Banks provide the Calculation Agent with such quotation, the CMS Rate for such Interest Period shall be the arithmetic mean of such quotations, after eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest).

  • If the Funding Cost is to be determined by reference to the Reference Banks but a Reference Bank does not supply a quotation by 12.00 noon (New York time) on the Rate Fixing Day the applicable Funding Cost shall be determined on the basis of the quotations of the remaining Reference Xxxxx, subject to Clause 8.7 (Market Disruption Notice).

  • If on any Interest Determination Date less than three or none of the CMS Reference Banks provides the Calculation Agent with such quotations as provided in the preceding paragraph, the CMS Rate shall be determined by the Calculation Agent in good faith on such commercial basis as considered appropriate by the Calculation Agent in its discretion, in accordance with standard market practice.
