The Employer is, and will remain during the life of this Agreement, a participating employer in the Nominated Redundancy Fund (or other redundancy fund of which Incolink is a trustee) and an employer member of IPT Agency Co Ltd or IPT Agency Co (No. 2) Ltd.
The Employer shall make contributions into the Protect Redundancy Fund on behalf of all Employees (other than apprentices) covered by this clause at the rate specified in Part A, clause 19.6(a)(vi).
Payments made into the Redundancy Fund designed to meet an employer’s liabilities under this clause to employees eligible for redundancy/severance pay will be offset against the liability of the employer under Clause 37.4.6, and the employee will receive the fund payment or his entitlement under clause 37.4.6 whichever is the greater, but not both.

From the first pay period commencing on or after 1 October 2006, this amount shall increase to $19.00 per day ‘flat’ for all ordinary hours worked to a maximum of 36 hours per week and from the first pay period commencing on or after 1 October 2007, this amount shall increase to $20.00 per day ‘flat’ for all ordinary hours worked to a maximum of 36 hours per week,, in lieu of the required contributions on behalf of employees into ACIRT, MERT or an Occupational Redundancy Fund approved by the parties.
An employee engaged on-site from time to time for less than a completed week of employment shall be paid $18.00 per day hour ‘flat’ for all ordinary hours worked to a maximum of thirty six (36) ordinary hours per week, in lieu of the required contributions on behalf of employees into ACIRT, MERT or an Occupational Redundancy Fund approved by the parties.
The Nominated Redundancy Fund will be ReddiFund Ltd, unless an Employee nominates another fund by an application in writing to the Employer and it is an Approved Worker Entitlement Fund under the Fringe Benefits Tax Assessment Act 1986 (Cth).
In lieu of award termination and redundancy payments otherwise payable, employers shall contribute into ACIRT, MERT or an Occupational Redundancy Fund approved by the parties, $75.00 per week per employee, in respect of each completed week of employment at the construction site.
