Redundancy Costs definition

Redundancy Costs means payments in lieu of notice, statutory redundancy costs, any enhanced redundancy pay, unfair dismissal liability and any other payments agreed to be paid pursuant to a Compromise Agreement;

Redundancy Costs means, in respect of a Transferring Employee, the redundancy sums reasonably incurred by the Service Provider within the three (3) month period immediately following the Relevant Transfer Date being:

Services means IT Supplies and/or Deliverables (as defined in the Section A (Definitions and interpretation) of the Supplier Terms and Conditions) as provided for under the Statement of Work. Service Transfer means any transfer of the Services (or any part of the Services), for whatever reason, from the Supplier or any Sub-contractor to a Replacement Supplier or a Replacement Sub-contractor. Service Transfer Date means the date of a Service Transfer or, if more than one, the date of the relevant Service Transfer as the context requires.
