Reduction Factor definition

Reduction Factor means with respect to any given month, the smallest of:
Reduction Factor has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
Reduction Factor means the reduction factor determined in accordance with clause 15.

  • If Nominated Access Rights are intended to be relinquished or transferred under the Relinquishment Provisions or the Transfer Provisions which form part of this Agreement under clause 3, the Reduction Factor must be calculated in accordance with the Reduction Factor Provisions which form part of this Agreement under clause 3.

  • The Interruptible Reduction Factor is equal to zero (TR.i = 0) when the Available Technical Capacity is equal to or higher than the sum of the Firm and Interruptible Capacity subscribed by the Shippers.

Reduction Factor means for the purposes of Clause 3.3(d): A / B Where: A = the annual train kilometres over the Common Corridor attributable to the New Railway Operator’s Trains that utilise the access rights referred to in Clause 3.3(b) for which the Operator’s Relinquishment Fee is to be reduced; and B = the annual train kilometres over the Nominated Network attributable to the Train Services for which the Operator is seeking to relinquish Access Rights;
Reduction Factor. As used herein, the term "Reduction Factor" shall mean, at our election, (A) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of Selections contained on the Masters which are embodied on that Phonograph Record or other device and the denominator of which shall be the total number of Selections embodied on that Phonograph Record or other device or (B) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the playing time of the Selections contained on the Masters which are embodied on that Phonograph Record or other device and the denominator of which shall be the total playing time of the Phonograph Record or other device in question.
