Reduced Profile Day definition

Reduced Profile Day means a Day, declared by the Transporter in a Flow Order, on which a Shipper's Daily Profile in respect of an Exit Point shall be reduced or limited in accordance with Section 6.2;
Reduced Profile Day means a Day on which a Shipper's Profile Nomination in respect of an Exit Point shall be reduced or limited in accordance with Section 6.2; and
Reduced Profile Day means a Gas Flow Day where the ability of the Transporter to accept Profile Nominations is reduced for any reason;

Examples of Reduced Profile Day in a sentence

  • A Flow Order in respect of a Reduced Profile Day shall not limit the quantity of Natural Gas which may be so offtaken to a level below a Uniform Offtake Rate.

  • Where the Transporter has declared a Reduced Profile Day it may, by issuing a Flow Order to each Shipper which has an Exit Point Registration in respect of a Profile Reduced Exit Point as set out below, require that Shippers amend their Profile Nominations and adjust their rate of offtake.

  • Administrative priority claims forprofessional services allowed by order of the court will be paid upon confirmation of the debtor’s proposed chapter 11 plan.

  • A Reduced Capacity Day and a Reduced Profile Day may arise as a result of operational reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure and Maintenance Days.

  • The Transporter shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether a System Constraint is a Reduced Capacity Day, Reduced Profile Day or, an Excess Exit Nominations Day or an Excess Entry Nominations Day.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Baseline Period means the 12-month period immediately preceding October 30, 2016.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • DRS/Profile means the system for the uncertificated registration of ownership of securities pursuant to which ownership of ADSs is maintained on the books of the Depositary without the issuance of a physical certificate and transfer instructions may be given to allow for the automated transfer of ownership between the books of DTC and the Depositary. Ownership of ADSs held in DRS/Profile is evidenced by periodic statements issued by the Depositary to the Holders entitled thereto.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
