Reduced Principal Amount definition

Reduced Principal Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
Reduced Principal Amount means, for each $1,000 Original Principal Amount of Notes, $1,000 as reduced by any Reductions that have occurred during the Reduction Observation Period.
Reduced Principal Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.

Examples of Reduced Principal Amount in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of such confirmation, the Trustee shall increase the principal amount of a Global Note held by the Trustee in an amount equal to the Reduced Principal Amount by an endorsement made by the Trustee on such Global Note to reflect such increase.

  • Upon receipt of such confirmation, the Trustee shall instruct the Custodial Agent to increase the principal amount of a Global Note held by the Custodial Agent in an amount equal to the Reduced Principal Amount by an endorsement made by the Custodial Agent on such Global Note to reflect such increase.

Related to Reduced Principal Amount

  • Scheduled Principal Amount The sum for each outstanding Mortgage Loan (including each defaulted Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired by the Trust Estate) of the product of (A) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of the amounts described in clauses Iy(i) and Iy(iv) of the definition of Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount, but without such amount being multiplied by the Class A Percentage.

  • Unscheduled Principal Amount The sum for each outstanding Mortgage Loan (including each defaulted Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired by the Trust Estate) of the product of (A) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of the amounts described in clauses Iy(ii) and Iy(iii) of the definition of Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount, but without such amount being multiplied by the Class A Prepayment Percentage.
