As provided for in the Redevelopment Plan, and pursuant to the provisions of the Redevelopment Law, for the period contemplated thereby, the Tax Revenue collected in the Project Area shall be allocated to and, when collected, paid into the Special Fund under the terms of this Resolution to pay the principal on the Note.
When the Note has been paid in accordance with this Resolution, the Redevelopment Plan and the Redevelopment Contract, the Tax Revenue shall be applied as provided for in the Redevelopment Law.
So long as the Note remains unpaid, the money in the foregoing fund and accounts shall be used for no purpose other than those required or permitted by this Resolution, any Resolution supplemental to or amendatory of this Resolution and the Redevelopment Law.
