Redevelopment Land definition

Redevelopment Land means the land on which the Redevelopment Project is to be carried out and Redevelopment Assets and Redevelopment Project Utilities are to be constructed, and such other land or places forming part of the Redevelopment Land, as may be specified in the Schedules;
Redevelopment Land means the land as described in Project Information Memorandum on which the Redevelopment Project is to be constructed/carried out by the Developer;
Redevelopment Land shal mean the land on which the Redevelopment Project is to be carried out and Redevelopment Assets and Redevelopment Project Utilities are to be constructed, and such other land or places forming part of the Redevelopment Land, as may be specified in the Schedules;
