Redemption Price definition

Redemption Price when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, means the price at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Indenture.
Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(a) hereof.
Redemption Price means the price per Warrant at which any Warrants are redeemed pursuant to Sections 6.1 or 6.2 and (b) “Reference Value” shall mean the last reported sales price of the Ordinary Shares for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • Notice of redemption having been given as aforesaid, and the conditions, if any, set forth in such notice having been satisfied, the Bonds or portions thereof so to be redeemed shall, on the Redemption Date, become due and payable at the Redemption Price therein specified, and from and after such date (unless, the Company shall default in the payment of the Redemption Price and accrued interest, if any) such Bonds or portions thereof, if interest-bearing, shall cease to bear interest.

  • Such Securities shall be received and credited for such purpose by the Trustee at the Redemption Price specified in such Securities for redemption through operation of the sinking fund and the amount of such sinking fund payment shall be reduced accordingly.

  • In case of a Tax Law Change the Issuer may – subject to Clause 3.6.3 (Conditions for call, redemption, repayment or repurchase) – at any time redeem all of the Bonds at their Redemption Price on the relevant date fixed for redemption.

Redemption Price means the unpaid principal amount of the Notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon at the applicable interest rate to but excluding the Redemption Date.
