Redemption Payment definition

Redemption Payment means with respect to any Series or Class of Notes, any payment of principal of and interest on the Notes of such Series or Class due from the Note Issuer upon the early redemption of such Series or Class of Notes, other than any such payment due by reason of the occurrence of an Event of Default with respect to such Series or Class of Notes.

  • Under normal circumstances, payment for redeemed Units will be made within the Redemption Payment Day as set out in Annex A for each Sub-Fund.

Redemption Payment means, in relation to any Redeemable Non-Voting Preference Share:
