Redemption Payment definition

Redemption Payment means with respect to any Series or Class of Notes, any payment of principal of and interest on the Notes of such Series or Class due from the Note Issuer upon the early redemption of such Series or Class of Notes, other than any such payment due by reason of the occurrence of an Event of Default with respect to such Series or Class of Notes.

  • If the credit against a Voucher is not sufficient to meet the Voucher Redemption Payment, Smartbox Group UK Ltd shall only pay to the Partner an amount equal to the credit against the Voucher (less the Promotion Fee) but the Partner may, at its own discretion, agree to accept top up payment directly from the Customer.

  • Smartbox Group UK Ltd agrees to account to the Partner for the balance (after deducting the Promotion Fee) of the Voucher Redemption Payment on each valid booking to receive Activities from the Partner which has been notified to Smartbox Group UK Ltd through the Smartbox Group UK Ltd booking verification and notification process.

Redemption Payment means, in relation to any Redeemable Non-Voting Preference Share:
