Redemption Order definition

Redemption Order is defined in Section 2.6.
Redemption Order shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 7.1(a).
Redemption Order means a Redemption Order in the form attached to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Issuer in its sole discretion.

  • Business Day after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date in respect of any Redemption Order, which shall be postponed to the next London Business Day in case such day is not a London Business Day, the Issuer shall notify the relevant ETP Securityholder of the Optional Redemption Amount payable in respect of ETP Securities which are the subject of that Redemption Order, calculated as provided above.
