Redemption Note definition

Redemption Note has the meaning set forth in Section 8.07(b)(i)

Redemption Note means: (a) with respect to the Fund, debt securities of the Fund that may be created and issued from time to time, that are subordinated and unsecured, have a maturity of five years or less, may be prepaid at any time at the option of the Fund prior to maturity, without notice, bonus or penalty and pay an annual rate of interest equal to the Redemption Note Interest Rate, which interest is payable quarterly in arrears; and (b) with respect to the Partnership, debt securities of the Partnership that may be created and issued from time to time, that are subordinated and unsecured, have a maturity of five years or less, may be prepaid at any time at the option of the Partnership prior to maturity, without notice, bonus or penalty and pay an annual rate of interest equal to the Redemption Note Interest Rate, which interest is payable quarterly in arrears.

Redemption Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.2(f).

More Definitions of Redemption Note
