Redemption Codes definition

Redemption Codes means a unique code that may be used to acquire a Digital Asset or access to a resource.
Redemption Codes and “Codes” EC Coin’s Redemption Codes, with aggregate value of US$50,000,000; “Transfer Consideration” a total consideration of US$20,000,000 payable for the purchase of Redemption Codes and all associated rights and interests in accordance with Clause 3.1;

Related to Redemption Codes

  • Distribution Code means the Distribution Code required to be preparedby the Board pursuant to Section 33 of the Act, and approved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;

  • Redemption means with respect to any Debt, the repurchase, redemption, prepayment, repayment, defeasance or any other acquisition or retirement for value (or the segregation of funds with respect to any of the foregoing) of such Debt. “Redeem” has the correlative meaning thereto.

  • Redemption Basket means 100,000 Units or such other number of Units as may be determined by the General Partner from time to time, redeemed by a Participant.

  • Redemption Notes means unsecured subordinated promissory notes of the Trust having a maturity date to be determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee (provided that in no event shall the maturity date be set at a date subsequent to the first Business Day following the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of such note), bearing interest from the date of issue at a market rate of interest determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee, payable for each month during the term on the 15th day of each subsequent month with all principal being due on maturity, such promissory notes to provide that the Trust shall at any time be allowed to prepay all or any part of the outstanding principal without notice or bonus.

  • Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Redemption Fee means the fee applied by us for the return of funds to an IBAN Account holder, or Cardholder following a request for redemption by an IBAN Account holder Cardholder under this Agreement, as specified in the attached Fees & Limits Schedule;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;

  • Redemption Price when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, means the price at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Indenture.

  • CCN means a contract change notice.

  • CUSIP numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of a redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Company will promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the "CUSIP" numbers.
