Redemption Code means the sequence of letters, numbers, and/or symbols placed on gift certificates, promotional coupons or other promotional offers and used to obtain a benefit.

Redemption Code means the code Customers use to activate the relevant Software. Subject to this Agreement, Dirac grant Reseller a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to purchase Redemption Codes via the Discount Link, for the sole purpose of reselling the Redemption Codes to Customers. This right to resell does not apply to any other party or other Dirac products (including without limitation any sale to any related party, organization or affiliate). Unless approved by Dirac in writing, Reseller may not allow other entities to resell or otherwise redistribute Redemption Codes or the Software. Reseller understand that each Customer must first register a Dirac Live Account and accept the XXXX to redeem a Redemption Code. Reseller shall inform each Customer of these requirements prior to any resale of a Redemption Code. Related to Redemption Code

  • Redemption means with respect to any Debt, the repurchase, redemption, prepayment, repayment, defeasance or any other acquisition or retirement for value (or the segregation of funds with respect to any of the foregoing) of such Debt. “Redeem” has the correlative meaning thereto.
