Redemption means with respect to any Debt, the repurchase, redemption, prepayment, repayment, defeasance or any other acquisition or retirement for value (or the segregation of funds with respect to any of the foregoing) of such Debt. “Redeem” has the correlative meaning thereto.
Redemption Basket means 100,000 Units or such other number of Units as may be determined by the General Partner from time to time, redeemed by a Participant.
Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
Redemption Charge means the redemption charge, if any, payable on the redemption of Shares as
Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Redemption Fee means unless specified otherwise in the relevant Supplement, a fee of up to 3% of the Net Asset Value of Shares being redeemed. The Redemption Fee is charged at the absolute discretion of the Directors, in consultation with the Manager. The party or parties entitled to such fee shall be described in the relevant Supplement.
Redemption Agent means Computershare and the Trust Company or any bank or trust company appointed to receive redemption proceeds on the deposited Preference Shares and to disburse the same to the holders of the Receipts, as herein provided.
Redemption Notes means unsecured subordinated promissory notes of the Trust having a maturity date to be determined at the time of issuance by the Trustees (provided that in no event shall the maturity date be set at a date subsequent to the first Business Day following the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of such note), bearing interest from the date of issue at a market rate of interest determined at the time of issuance by the Trustees, payable for each month during the term on the 15th day of each subsequent month with all principal being due on maturity, such promissory notes to provide that the Trust shall at any time be allowed to prepay all or any part of the outstanding principal without notice or bonus;
Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:
Redemption Price when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, means the price at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Indenture.
Redemption Conditions means, with respect to any payment of cash in respect of the principal amount of any Permitted Convertible Debt, satisfaction of each of the following events: (a) no Default or Event of Default shall exist or result therefrom, and (b) both immediately before and at all times after such redemption, Borrower’s Qualified Cash shall be no less than the sum of 150% of the outstanding Secured Obligations plus the Qualified Cash A/P Amount.
Make-Whole Redemption Price has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.1.
Make-whole Redemption Rate means the sum, as calculated by the Make-whole Calculation Agent, of the Benchmark Rate and the Make-whole Margin.
Provisional Redemption means the redemption of any Note by the Company pursuant to Section 4.03(B).

Redemption Limit means the sum of the Maximum Daily Redemption Limits applicable to the LS Margin Account Agreement relating to the ETP Securities.
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”
Make-whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
Optional Redemption Premium means with respect to each Series 2051 RVMTP Share to be redeemed an amount equal to:
Redemption Premium means 125%.
Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.
Indenture Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(c).
Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.
Optional Redemption shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.01.
Redemption Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.
