Redeeming Party: A Limited Partner or Assignee (other than the General Partner) who tenders Partnership Units for redemption pursuant to a Redemption Notice.
In the event the General Partner grants any REIT Share Rights prior to such payment, any Share Payment shall include for the Redeeming Party his ratable share of such REIT Share Rights other than REIT Share Rights which have expired.
