Red List definition

Red List means the list of prohibited product or service categories.
Red List means ACC’s list of procedures which ACC categorises under this heading from time to time on the advice of the relevant professional bodies as being relatively low volume/high cost procedures which are undertaken by Named Red List Providers only at specified facilities and which are denoted as Red List procedures in Appendix 2 of the Elective Surgery Services Operational Guidelines. The Table of Procedure Prices is included in Part A clause 4;

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.

  • Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs.   • Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Adult motion picture theater means a commercial establishment where, for any form of consideration, films, motion pictures, video cassettes, slides, or similar photographic reproductions are regularly shown which are characterized by the depiction or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas."

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.
