Recycling Bin definition

Recycling Bin means a storage unit in which recyclable material is placed by the occupants of residential premises. Such bin shall meet the requirements of the Board.
Recycling Bin means a container owned by the City and made available to an owner who receives curbside collection services.

"Roll-Off Container" means any non-absorbxxx xxter-resistant container equipped with or without water-resistant lid or cover and approved by the County Administrator that is (A) used to store not less than ten cubic yards of Solid Waste and (B) designed to be removed from the site and emptied at a Solid Waste Disposal Facility. "Rural Service Area" means that portion of the unincorporated area of the County locate outside of the Urban Service Area. "Single-Family Residence" shall mean a Building that contains a single Dwelling Unit. "Solid Waste" means garbage, rubbish, refuse, Special Waste or other discarded material, including solid, liquid, semisolid, or contained gaseous material resulting from domestic, industrial, commercial, mining, agricultural, or governmental operations. The term does not include Hazardous Waste or Recovered Materials.
Recycling Bin means any receptacle, appropriately identified for the collection of waste for recycling, as referred to in Section 6.8 of the Specification either free standing or fixed to the ground, or to a post, wall or fence with or without an internal liner or container unit, provided at the sites listed in the Appendices (or as varied by the Supervising Officer), for the purpose of providing facilities for the public to deposit recyclable waste in public areas for recycling.
Recycling Bin means a container intended for manual collection of Recyclable Materials, which is approved by the COUNTY and has a capacity of at least 18 gallons.
