Recurring Charge definition

Recurring Charge means a monthly recurring charge set out in the Application for Service.

Recurring Charge means, with respect to any Service, the amount that is due and payable by Customer to Supplier for each month (or portion thereof) that such Service is provided to Customer.

Recurring Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15(B).

Recurring Charge means one or more charges placed on a consumer’s account after the consumer’s initial purchase that is made without further authorization from the consumer, and which is charged unless the consumer takes an affirmative step to prevent the charge.

Recurring Charge means a charge which involves a liability beyond the financial year in which it is originally sanctioned;

Recurring Charge means the recurring charge applicable to the applicable Charging Period. The following conditions apply to SLA credits: • where a SLA credit is available, the credit is your only remedy in the event of our failure to meet the Service Availability target; • SLA credits are available to you, the A-End owner only (and, for clarification, are not available to the B-End owner); • You must apply for the SLA credit by giving us notice of its claim within thirty (30) calendar days of the end of the Charging Period to which the credit applies; • the SLA credit can only applied as a credit toward Service Exchange Services, and cannot be redeemed for cash or apply against other Digital services under other agreements; • the maximum SLA credit available for each Service Exchange Service in a Charging Period will not exceed one-hundred per cent (100%) of the total Recurring Charges for that Charging Period for that Service Exchange Service; and • SLA credits are not available if you have failed to pay charges for any Service Exchange Service when due and payable.

Recurring Charge means the monthly charges to the Customer for services, facilities, and/or equipment, which continue for the agreed upon duration of service.

Recurring Charge. - means a charge, which involves a recurring liability for expenditure beyond the financial year in which it is originally incurred.

Recurring Charge. The amount set forth as other recurring charges in Item 1 of Exhibit B (the "OTHER CHARGES"). Other Charges shall include charges for usage of Experian's communications lines by Affiliate Subscribers, leased equipment, data storage, conversion charges and other additional charges imposed if Affiliate obtains from Experian teleprinters, computers, software or other goods or services not otherwise covered in this Section 5.
