Rectification Period definition

Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.
Rectification Period means the period during which a Proponent may rectify its Proposal. The Rectification Period shall run from the date and time that TCHC issues a Rectification Notice to that Proponent, until the date and time stipulated in the Rectification Notice. If no end date is specified in the Rectification Notice, then the Rectification Period shall be 3 Business Days.

More Definitions of Rectification Period

Rectification Period means the period commencing on the date that Canoe Procurement Group of Canada issues a rectification notice to the Proponent pursuant to Section 2.12 (Rectification Period) and running for the number of Business Days provided in the notice, expiring at 4:30 p.m. MT on the last Business Day.
