Recovery Fee definition

Recovery Fee means for each item of Collections which the Borrower has failed to remit as required by the Agreement, a fee equal to the lesser of $5,000 or 5% of the amount of such item, but in no case less than $1,000.
Recovery Fee. A customary fee calculated based on additional recovery amounts charged for the collection of such additional recovery amounts on any Mortgage Loan after the date that such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan.
Recovery Fee. A customary fee charged for the collection of Liquidation Proceeds on any Mortgage Loan after the date that such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan.

  • If the Servicer continues to pursue recovery, the Servicer shall be entitled to the Recovery Fee with respect to that Mortgage Loan and to be reimbursed for any Servicer Advances and expenses from Recovery Amounts with respect to such Mortgage Loan as though such Mortgage Loan continued to be an Outstanding Mortgage Loan hereunder.
