Recovery Event Proceeds means any insurance proceeds from any Casualty Event or any condemnation proceeds (or other similar recoveries), in each case net of (a) any collection expenses and (b) taxes paid or reasonably estimated by the Borrower or any Subsidiary to be payable as a result thereof (after taking into account any available tax credit or deduction).

Recovery Event Proceeds shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.20(a).

Recovery Event Proceeds as defined in Section 6.16(a).

Examples of Recovery Event Proceeds in a sentence

Following completion of any such repair or restoration, any remaining Recovery Event Proceeds may be transferred to the Revenue Account in accordance with the terms of the Depositary Agreement.
The Facility Lessee shall cause all Revenues and Recovery Event Proceeds and all cash, cash equivalents, instruments, investments and other securities in its possession (excluding amounts received by the Facility Lessee as transfers from the Operating Account or the Distributions Account in accordance with this Agreement) to be delivered immediately to the Collateral Agent for deposit into the Accounts pursuant to Article III.

Recovery Event Proceeds shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 1.1 of the Amended Security Deposit Agreement.
