If ComEd elects to pay the fees for the Disaster Recovery Environment, Silver Spring shall provide a disaster recovery environment so as to maximize availability of GridScape during an event that would otherwise affect the delivery of the services.

For clarity, the foregoing Recovery Environment License does not mean or imply that anything in the Recovery Environment that is owned by or proprietary to Intermountain Healthcare (e.g., the Intermountain RCO Data) is instead owned by R1 (i.e., Intermountain Healthcare retains ownership and does not need the Recovery Environment License for its rights) and there are no restrictions on Intermountain Healthcare with respect to the subject matter that it owns.
