Recordkeeping services means services provided by an insurer who has entered into an agreement with a group policy customer to be responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and administering in the insurer’s own recordkeeping systems at least all of the following information about each individual insured under the insured’s group insurance contract or a line of coverage thereunder:
