Record Room definition

Record Room means the record room at the Head Office where the files are consigned after disposal;
Record Room means the record room maintained at the Head Office or at a Regional Office where the files are consigned after disposal;

  • Patio means an uncovered horizontal structure with a surface height, at any point, no greater than 0.60 metres above grade, intended for use as an outdoor amenity space.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
