The duties and obligations of the parties set forth in Section 6 – Record Retention and Inspection, Section 7 – Confidential Information and Section 11 – Indemnification shall survive the expiration or termination of this MOU.

Record Retention and Inspection Record Maintenance Manager shall keep and maintain all records related to the Managed Assets, including but not limited to any LACERA Records, for the longer of (1) the period they are required to be kept and maintained under applicable statutory law and SEC Regulations, or (2) according to Manager’s record retention standards, but in no event for less than seven (7) years following the termination of this Agreement.
