Record Documents definition

Record Documents mean the drawing set, Specifications, and other materials maintained by Contractor that documents all addenda, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, Change Orders and postings and markings that record the as-constructed conditions of the Work and all changes made during construction.
Record Documents refers to the As-Built Documents, warranties, guarantees and other documents required to be submitted by Contractor as a condition of Final Completion.
Record Documents means those documents (including without limitation the updated version of the Construction Documents) prepared by the Design Professional incorporating Addenda, Change Orders and information from the As-Builts and other data furnished by Contractor to Design Professional.

Record Documents. A complete set of all specifications, drawings, addenda, modifications, shop drawings, submittals and samples annotated to show all changes made during the construction process.
Record Documents are all documents required under the terms of the Contract to be provided to the Commission by the Design-Builder, including, but not limited to, shop drawings, as-built drawings, blue line drawings, parts manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, and Project manuals or specifications.
