Reconstruction Work. (“gwaith ailadeiladu”) means work carried out—
Reconstruction Work has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.9.

More Definitions of Reconstruction Work

Reconstruction Work has the meaning set forth in Section 7.20(e) hereof. Record Date with respect to any Payment Date, means the date which is 15 days (or if such date is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day) before such Payment Date or such other special Record Date as established by the Trustee in accordance herewith. Redemption Date when used with respect to any Certificate to be redeemed means the date fixed for such redemption by or pursuant to this Trust Agreement. Redemption Price when used with respect to any Certificate to be redeemed means the price (inclusive of accrued Interest and premium, if any) at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Trust Agreement and the terms of such Certificate.
Reconstruction Work shall have the meaning described in Section 10.6.

Related to Reconstruction Work

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Reconstruction means the replacement of components of an existing facility to such an extent that:

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Renovation means altering a facility or one or more facility components in any way, including the stripping or removal of RACM from a facility component. Operations in which load-supporting structural members are wrecked or taken out are demolitions.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Construction-in-Process means cash expenditures for land and improvements (including indirect costs internally allocated and development costs) determined in accordance with GAAP for all Properties that are under development or will commence development within twelve months from any date of determination.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.
