Reconnection Charge definition

Reconnection Charge means Our charge for reconnections under Appendix 2.
Reconnection Charge means the charge for reconnection of service after such service has been disconnected.

Examples of Reconnection Charge in a sentence

  • In addition, for subsequent periods of disconnection, the customer shall be required to pay an additional Reconnection Charge equivalent to the sum of the Minimum Demand Charges, determined in accordance with the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, for each month of that subsequent period.

More Definitions of Reconnection Charge

Reconnection Charge means is Our charge for reconnections under Appendix 2. Start Date means the date on which this Contract begins. This is not the date on which the Heat Supply starts. This date is described in detail in paragraph 1.1 of this Contract.
Reconnection Charge means the administrative charge set out in the Agreement Details payable to the Company by the Customer where the Customer is reconnected after being disconnected from the Embedded Network due to non-payment, failure to enter into a supply agreement with the Company or for any other reason; Regulatory Requirements means any relevant Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government regulation, including all laws, regulations, subordinate legislation, proclamations, orders in council, licensing or authorisation conditions, codes, guidelines or standards applicable from time to time to the supply of the Utilities to the Supply Address;
Reconnection Charge means Mobisoft’s charge in force from time to time for reconnecting service if service has been disconnected for the non-payment of any charges.
Reconnection Charge means the reconnection charge for the Service provided by us as specified in your Application, if any.
Reconnection Charge means a nonrecurring charge made to cover expenses incident to the re-establishment and re-connection of service with the cable system when cable or wire facilities, or both, are in place on the subscriber's premises.
Reconnection Charge has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4 (Charges ) to this Agreement.
