Recognized Holidays means New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Examples of Recognized Holidays in a sentence

  • Recognized Holidays will be observed on the actual day on which the holiday occurs or as declared by legislation.

  • All Shifts Regularly scheduled hours of work on Saturday, Sunday, Statutory and Recognized Holidays shall be paid at two times the straight time hourly rate.

Related to Recognized Holidays

  • Holidays means a public holiday for the purpose of Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 or such other day on which the office of the Authority remains closed for the day.
