Recognized Holidays means New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Remediation Fees mean those fees and costs necessary to bring equipment, systems, or network to the operating specifications in existence prior to an intrusion, breach, or failure of CUSTOMER’s equipment, system, or network. Recognized Holidays. New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day (Day of National observance), July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving Day, December 24, and Christmas Day. The Employer and the Local Union may substitute another day as a paid holiday in lieu of President's Day or Memorial Day. An understanding of any change from the paid holidays listed must be agreed on by an exchange of letters and upon reasonable notice by either party. When any of the recognized holidays fall on a Sunday, the following Monday may be observed as the holiday or when the holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday may be observed as the holiday.
