RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. 1. The BCPSEA recognizes the BCTF as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the negotiation and administration of all terms and conditions of employment of all employees within the bargaining unit for which the BCTF is established as the bargaining agent pursuant to PELRA and subject to the provisions of this Collective Agreement.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. A. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees working for the Employer within the geographical jurisdiction of the Union, and within the classifications listed in Article VIII, as long as said Union is affiliated with the AFL-CIO.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. 2.1 Bargaining Agent Recognition
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. 2.01 Recognition Sodexo recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of Sodexo certified by the Union (as set out in Appendix “A”) in retail and patient food services operated by Sodexo within the Vancouver Coastal Health/Providence Health Region.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. A. The Company recognizes the Union as the ex clusive representative of those employees of the Com pany referred to in this Article for the purpose of col lective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. A. The Employer recognizes said Union as the sole representative of the employees in the classifications set forth in Article XXI of this Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to the hours of labor, rates of pay, and working conditions hereinafter specified.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. SECTION 1 The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for all the employees included in the bargaining unit, such as it is defined in Article 2 (Bargaining Unit) for purposes of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with regard to the rates of compensation, salaries, work hours, employment tenure, grievances and other employment conditions.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. The School Board does hereby recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining representative for the duration of this Agreement for all Health Service Personnel with respect to wages, hours and working conditions, excluding supervisors and all other employees not named herein.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. The Association and the Banks shall recognise the Union as the sole negotiating body in respect of the employees, subject to the provisions of any law for the time being in force and the provisions of this agreement.
RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. The Board recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 2145 as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all its employees as certified by the Labour Relations Board to be part of said Local.
