Reciprocal Obligation definition

Reciprocal Obligation means WorldFirst’s obligations to the Client in relation to an Order, a Margin Call, a Margin Deposit or a World Account Order. For example, under a Spot Contract this will be WorldFirst’s obligation to sell or buy from the Client a specified amount of a currency at a specified price within two (2) Days after the contract is entered into;
Reciprocal Obligation means Moonance’ obligations to the Client in relation to an Order, a Margin Call or a Deposit. Reference Interest Rate means that interest rate provided by our liquidity provider plus Moonance’ transaction fee of 3.5% per annum. Retail Client is a person or entity opting to receive the services provided by the Company. Security Details means the information required by Moonance under clause 3.6.
Reciprocal Obligation means Navigate’s obligations to the Client in relation to a Deal, a Margin Call or a Deposit. For example, under a Spot Contract this will be Navigate’s obligation to sell or buy from the Client a specified amount of a currency at a specified exchange rate.
