Recipient Scientist definition

Recipient Scientist. The name and address of this party will be specified in an implementing letter.
Recipient Scientist is the scientific employee of Recipient performing the intended experiments with Material as identified in Annex 1.
Recipient Scientist. Scientific employee of the Recipient supervising the work with the Material at Recipient’s premises. The name and address of this person is specified in Annex 1 of this SMTA.

Examples of Recipient Scientist in a sentence

  • Recipient agrees not to take or send the Material to any other location different from its premises or to any other third party without previous written approval of Provider and to properly instruct to do so the Recipient Scientist.

  • Should either the Recipient Scientist or the Recipient be approached by a commercial third party expressing an interest in the Materials, the Recipient Scientist or the Recipient as the case may be shall direct their enquiries to Provider or its agent as directed by Provider and promptly notify Provider or its agent as directed by Provider of the name of that third party and the nature of their interest.

  • Authorship of any and all publications that refer to the Original Material shall be agreed between the Provider Scientist and the Recipient Scientist in advance of submission in agreement with scientific standards.

  • The Recipient and the Recipient Scientist have the full responsibility to provide a secure storage to the Material, in order to avoid that unauthorized people do not have access to it.
