Recipient Scientist. The name and address of this party will be specified in an implementing letter.

Recipient Scientist is the scientific employee of Recipient performing the intended experiments with Material as identified in Annex 1.

Recipient agrees not to take or send the Material to any other location different from its premises or to any other third party without previous written approval of Provider and to properly instruct to do so the Recipient Scientist.
Should either the Recipient Scientist or the Recipient be approached by a commercial third party expressing an interest in the Materials, the Recipient Scientist or the Recipient as the case may be shall direct their enquiries to Provider or its agent as directed by Provider and promptly notify Provider or its agent as directed by Provider of the name of that third party and the nature of their interest.

Recipient Scientist means the individual scientist who is referenced on the Application Form employed or retained by the Recipient who is responsible for receiving and using the Material;
