Examples of Receiving Participant in a sentence
Each Receiving Participant shall further be responsible for the fulfilment of the above obligations on the part of its employees and its Affiliate employees and shall ensure that its employees remain so obliged, as far as legally possible, during and after the end of the Project and/or after the termination of employment.
Each Receiving Participant shall apply the same degree of care with regard to the Confidential Information disclosed under this Consortium Agreement as with its own confidential and/or proprietary information, but in no case less than reasonable care.
The Receiving Participant has no obligation to accept delivery of gas at a pressure outside the pressure range specified for the Delivery Point.
Except as expressly set out in this agreement, each of the Receiving Participant and the Delivering Participant expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any warranties, written or oral, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty as to quality, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any gas.
As between the Receiving Participant and the Delivering Participant and for the purposes of this agreement, title to, risk in and control of all gas delivered in accordance with this agreement passes to the Receiving Participant that accepted delivery of that gas when that gas passes the Delivery Point.
