Receiving Hospital definition

Receiving Hospital means a Contracting Hospital that has entered into a separate agreement 22 with ADMINISTRATOR for the purpose of accepting MSI patients transferred or diverted from UCI 23 Medical Center in accordance with Paragraph II.E of Exhibit A of the MSI Hospital Agreement. Said 24 MSI Patients shall not be considered Transfer Patients.
Receiving Hospital means the hospital receiving an infant from a birthing hospital.
Receiving Hospital means a licensed general acute care hospital with a permit for basic or comprehensive emergency services.

Receiving Hospital. Means an acute care hospital, with a permit for basic or comprehensive emergency service, as determined by SCEMSA. This hospital is being utilized as part of the emergency medical services system.
