Receiving Authority definition

Receiving Authority means the Authority that is receiving an Innovator Business referral or information relating to that referral;
Receiving Authority means the Authority to which one of the aforementioned services is provided.

Receiving Authority means an authority which is competent to receive a request for transfer of proceedings and determine whether it will be accepted, as well as to take any other measure provided for under this Framework Decision.
