Receivables Report definition

Receivables Report means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers pursuant to Section 8.5.

Receivables Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto, furnished by the Servicer to the Agent for the Owners pursuant to Section 2.09.

Receivables Report as defined in the Backup Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Receivables Report in a sentence

• Each Receivable that was included on any Receivables Report as an Eligible Receivable was an Eligible Receivable on the date on which it was sold to Buyer hereunder.

• Servicer represents and warrants that each Receivables Report completed and compiled by it accurately aggregates the information received by it from the Originators and correctly computes the ratios and concentrations set forth therein based upon such aggregates.
