The Depositary may close the Receipt Register at any time or from time to time, when deemed expedient by it in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder or at the request of the Company.
The Depositary shall maintain a Receipt Register in which each Receipt so executed and delivered as hereinafter provided and the transfer of each such Receipt shall be registered.
The Depositary or its agent shall keep a Receipt Register for the registration of Receipts and transfers of Receipts that at all reasonable times shall be open for inspection by the Holders and the Company; provided that such inspection shall not be for the purpose of communicating with Holders in the interest of a business or object other than the business of the Company or a matter related to this Deposit Agreement or the Receipts.

All notices of redemption shall be mailed to each Holder at such Holder's last address on the Receipt Register and shall state the Redemption Date, the amount payable on such date, the place at which Callable Principal Receipts are to be surrendered for payment, that interest on amounts redeemed will cease to accrue and, if less than all of a Holder's Callable Principal Receipt is to be redeemed, the principal amount of such Callable Principal Receipt to be redeemed.

All other notices to be given to any Holder shall be deemed to have been duly given if given by mail, first-class postage prepaid, to each Holder at such Holder's address as it appears in the Receipt Register.
The Receipt Register shall include American Depositary Receipts and Restricted Receipts that are noted with such restrictions, notations and blocks to ensure that such Restricted American Depositary Shares may not be delivered off the books of the Depositary through the Direct Registration System.
Any and all notices to be given to any Owner shall be deemed to have been duly given if personally delivered or sent by mail or cable, telex or facsimile transmission confirmed by letter, addressed to such Owner at the address of such Owner as it appears on the Receipt Register of the Depositary, or, if such Owner shall have filed with the Depositary a written request that notices intended for such Owner be mailed to some other address, at the address designated in such request.
