Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Initial Funding means the funding of the initial Loans or issuance of the initial Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 6.01 hereof.
Receipt of surrender of ownership documents means the receipt of surrender of
Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” shall mean all of the Certificates and any and all other Environmental Attributes associated with the Products or otherwise produced by the Facility which satisfy the RPS for a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, and shall represent title to and claim over all Environmental Attributes associated with the specified MWh of generation from such RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit.
CarMax Funding means CarMax Auto Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Out-of-state bank means a banking corporation or savings bank organized under the laws of another state, the District of Columbia, or a territory of the United States whose principal office is located in a state other than this state, the District of Columbia, a territory or a protectorate of the United States, and whose deposits are insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation.
Principal Office of the Trustee or other similar term, means the office of the Trustee, at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which at the time of the execution of this Indenture shall be Xxxxxx Square North, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000, Attention: Corporate Trust Administration.
EEA national means a national of one of the following countries:
the CE of Skills Funding means the Chief Executive of Skills Funding;
Master Funding Agreement means the Master Funding Agreement entered into by the Company and the Secretary of State on 31st October 2013;
Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. The designated person should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the RFP Process, to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the agency, and to execute any document required to give effect to the outcome of the RFP Process;
Additional Funding has the meaning prescribed to that term in clause 4.3 of this Agreement.
Statutory Trust Statute means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code § 3801 et seq. as the same may be amended from time to time.
Successor Trust means the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 1999-1A-S.
Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:
Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;
organ of state means an organ of state as defined in section 239 of the Constitution;
Delaware Statutory Trust Statute means the provisions of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, 12 Del. C. § 3801, et seq., as such Act may be amended from time to time.
Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.
Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.
Refunding Bond means any Bond authenticated and delivered on original issuance pursuant to the Second Resolution for the purpose of refunding any Outstanding Bonds, or thereafter authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Second Resolution in lieu of or substitution for such Bond.
Liquidity Funding means (a) a purchase made by any Committed Lender pursuant to its Liquidity Commitment of all or any portion of, or any undivided interest in, an applicable Conduit’s Loans, or (b) any Loan made by a Committed Lender in lieu of such Conduit pursuant to Section 1.1.
CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711–1715.
