REC Regulations definition

REC Regulations or “CERC REC Regulations” means Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms & Condition for recognition and issuances of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010 notified by CERC vide Notification dated 14.1.2010 and amended time to time.
