Rebates definition

Rebates means rebates, price reductions, administrative fees and related adjustments charged by federal, state and local governmental programs and their participants, and by health plans, insurance companies, mail service pharmacies and health care providers based upon the utilization and sales of the Products, and service, administrative and inventory management fees due to wholesalers, distributors and group purchasing organizations based on sales of the Products.
Rebates means discounts granted to single Residential Properties valued from R1 and up to R500 000. Residential Sectional Title Properties, guesthouses, old age homes and hostels are excluded. Properties at a R0 value will only start to qualify for a Rebate from the time that it has been valued by the Valuations Department Rebates do not apply to Vacant Land and Non-Residential Properties.
Rebates means any discounts, direct or indirect subsidies, rebates, other price concessions and/or direct or indirect remunerations that a Plan Sponsor has elected to apply or take into account in arriving at the Negotiated Price and/or to pass through at the point of sale for a Covered Drug, including, but not limited to, estimated or actual rebates paid by drug manufacturers or Affiliate Rebate Partner.

Rebates means, with respect to the Earnout Products (provided, however, that with respect to Section 7.15.1, Rebates shall only apply to the RHOFADE Product), price reductions, rebates, coverage gap discounts, patient savings or co-pay card discounts and chargeback payments granted to any Governmental Authority, managed health care organization, pharmacy benefit manager (or equivalent thereof), preferred provider organization, managed care organization, purchaser, reimburser, trade customer or any other similar Person (including Medicare, Medicaid, PHS, Tricare, and FSS).
