Reasonable Distance definition

Reasonable Distance means a distance that has regard to the Employee’s original work location, current home address, capacity of the Employee to travel, additional travelling time, effects on the personal circumstances of the affected Employee, including family commitments and responsibilities and other matters raised by the Employee, or assistance provided by their Employer.
Reasonable Distance means a distance that has regard to the Doctor’s original work location, current home address, capacity of the Doctor to travel, additional travelling time, effects on the personal circumstances of the Affected Doctor, including family commitments and responsibilities and other matters raised by the Doctor, or assistance provided by their Health Service.
Reasonable Distance means a distance of twenty-five (25) feet in any direction from an area in which Smoking is prohibited.

More Definitions of Reasonable Distance

Reasonable Distance means a distance of 25 feet in any direction from an area in which smoking is prohibited.
