REAR YARD DEPTH definition

REAR YARD DEPTH means the shortest horizontal dimension of a rear yard between the rear lot line of a lot or, where there is no rear lot line, the junction point of the side lot lines, and the nearest part of any building, structure or excavation on such lot.
REAR YARD DEPTH means the least horizontal dimension between the rear lot line of the lot and the nearest part of any building, structure or excavation on the lot, or the nearest open storage use on the lot.
REAR YARD DEPTH means the minimum distance between the rear lot line to the rear yard line.
